Expired +1 Spinjitsu Escape codes
RELEASE, VISITS, and XENOISTUFF are dead — here is why they fail and where live strings replace them.
Not every all-caps word on a +1 Spinjitsu Escape thumbnail still pays. Speedsters Basement launched the experience on 23 July 2026 and has already killed the first wave of codes. This page is the graveyard: strings that used to drop Jitsu around release, visit milestones, and early creator shout-outs, plus the habit of checking live tables instead of retrying a dead overlay. If the bird icon rejects a code, read this list before you assume the HUD is broken.
Expired codes are not secret World 4 keys. They will not unlock a hidden Jitsu. They will not refund a mistype. They simply fail, once, loudly, and then waste the same thirty seconds you could spend smashing a wall in a 10-player server.
The expired list
These three strings no longer redeem as of early September 2026. Do not paste them. Do not “try it just in case.” They are here so you can recognize them on old videos.
| Code | When it was live | What it used to be for |
|---|---|---|
| RELEASE | Launch window after 23 July 2026 | A launch Jitsu drop for people who joined near release |
| VISITS | Early visit-milestone push | A Jitsu thank-you tied to the experience climbing visits |
| XENOISTUFF | Early creator / community drop | An early-August Jitsu string that still appears in older videos |
Exact payouts were never the point. All three were free smash power. All three are now rejected. If a creator still puts RELEASE on screen, the video is a history clip, not a working list. The current table is the codes hub with FUSE, WORLD4, UPDATE2, and POTION.
You cannot “reactivate” an expired code by rejoining, switching worlds, or rebirth. The flag is on the code, not on your Jitsu count. World 1 and World 4 both refuse the same dead string.
Why codes die after updates
Speedsters Basement ships codes as patch mail, not as permanent shop SKUs. A fuse update or a World 4 drop gets a matching all-caps word. When the next patch lands, the old word is retired so the new one is the only thing worth typing. That is why UPDATE2 exists and RELEASE does not. It is also why a perfectly typed VISITS can fail on a client that still shows an August thumbnail in your recommendations.
The updates hub is the companion to this graveyard. After a named patch, expect three things: a new live code, at least one newly dead code, and a wave of videos that still overlay the dead one. Come here to confirm the corpse. Go to the live hub to claim the replacement. Do not invent a WORLD5 string because World 4 is the latest world on the map.
Codes also die from age even without a headline patch. Visit-milestone strings are designed to expire once the campaign is over. Creator strings expire when the shout-out week ends. If a code has been in every video for a month, assume it is next on this list.
Dead code versus a typing error
A failed redeem is not always an expired code. Use this split so you do not bury a live string.
If the letters match RELEASE, VISITS, or XENOISTUFF exactly, it is expired. Stop. If the letters almost match a live code — WORLD 4 with a space, world4 in lowercase, FUSE with an extra S — it is a typo. Fix the string using the how to redeem steps: bird icon, paste, exact case, no spaces.
If the letters match a live code and still fail, you already redeemed it on this account, or the tutorial is still hiding the HUD. Already-redeemed is not expired. The code is dead for you and alive for the next account. Tutorial lock is not expired either — finish the smash prompt, wait for the bird icon, then paste again.
Shared servers do not consume codes for the whole server. Ten players can each redeem WORLD4. Your failure is yours. Their success is theirs. Personal progression means you cannot piggyback a neighbor’s claim.
Where replacement codes appear
Replacements show up in three places, in this order of trust: the in-game bird panel after you hear about a new string, the codes hub once this wiki updates the table, and Speedsters Basement’s Discord. The Discord page is the watch-post for all-caps drops after fuse or World 4 patches. It is not a second redeem box. You still paste inside the experience.
Skip lookalike codes. A comment that says “try RELEASE2” is not a patch note. A video titled with last month’s string is not a live list. If you want the legal grind while you wait for the next word, smash walls, bank Wins, hatch eggs, and keep potions for a real stage chain — the expired list will not grow your Jitsu by retrying it.
Treat this expired list as a graveyard, not a wishlist. If a video from August still flashes RELEASE or VISITS on screen, close the overlay and open the live table instead. Dead strings never come back with the same letters, and World 4 does not wait while you retry a launch code that already paid out in July.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, Jitsu, fuse, and World 4.
Which +1 Spinjitsu Escape codes are expired?
RELEASE, VISITS, and XENOISTUFF. They fail at the bird icon. Live replacements are on the codes hub.
Can an expired code work after I rebirth or change worlds?
No. Expiry is on the string, not on your Jitsu or world. World 1 through World 4 all reject the same dead codes.
How do I tell a typo from an expired code?
If the letters are exactly RELEASE, VISITS, or XENOISTUFF, it is expired. If they almost match a live code, fix case and spaces with the how to redeem steps.
Why do codes disappear after updates?
Patches retire old mail so the new all-caps word is the one worth typing. Track named drops on the updates hub and expect at least one newly dead string each time.
Where should I look for replacement codes?
Watch the Discord page after a patch, then confirm the string still works on the codes hub before you trust a video overlay.
Do expired codes still show in old YouTube videos?
Yes. Late-August videos still flash RELEASE, VISITS, and XENOISTUFF. Those overlays are history. Use this list to ignore them.
